A.  The ferry crossing is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

A.  Inishmore is 14 kilometres (8.5 miles) long and about 4 kilometres (2.5 miles) wide.

Q. Can I stay overnight on Inishmore?
A.  Yes. You may stay overnight on any of the Aran Islands. You may use your return ticket for a day trip or overnight stay.

Q.  How do you get around the island, can I walk around Inishmore?
A.  Inishmore is quite a large island. We recommend some form of transport such as bicycle hire, mini-bus, or pony & trap tours. You can walk around Inishmore more but as it is very large you may not be able to see all of the islands highlights. See here for island transportation.

Q.  Are there places to eat on Inishmore?
A.  Yes. There are many restaurants, cafes and pubs for you to get food and refreshments at, including a SPAR convenient store. See here for island food & facilities.

Depart Doolin: 10:00 am (11:00 am and 1:00 pm only for overnight stays and one way trips to Inis Mor).

Depart Inis Mor to Doolin: 4:oo pm (11:30 am only for overnight stays and one way trips to Inis Mor).

Visit Inis Mór (Inishmore) is the largest and most travelled to of the Aran Islands with his journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes trip.
