• Upon booking you will receive a 5-DIGIT ITEM number on your PayPal Receipt. This number will be used as a reference to your reservation.

• Please present your 5-DIGIT ITEM number or printed out receipt at any of our ticket locations in Doolin, Co.Clare, at least 30 minutes prior to sailings. 

• Upon presentation of your reservation you will then receive a boarding pass for all party members to board the ferry. Please note ** Paypal Receipts are not Boarding Passes**.

• Fares at the main ticket office on the day of departure may be greater or less than the value of your booking. You will not be asked to pay the difference nor be refunded any amounts.

• If sailings are cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, or mechanical breakdown you will be accommodated on the next available sailing. Sailing times may be adjusted to tide & sea conditions. You are required to contact our ticket office by email, phone, or in person 24 hours prior to your intended departure.  Contact Us

• Online bookings must be made 24 hours in advance of intended departure. Bookings are non-transferable.

• Online bookings are fully refundable if sailings are cancelled due to weather, sea, and tidal conditions if passengers can not be accommodated on the next available sailing.
